Parkes have been the standout side in this season's competition and after rain ruined any chance of play on the original date in late february, Tim Cox and his men will look to go one better than last season when they lost in a nailbiting finish.
Dubbo have made two changes to their squad with Steve Knight returning after being unavailable for the original date while Nathan Munro has been added as cover for Jason Ryan, who may be unavailable through work commitments.
Ryan Medley is unavailable leaving the squad at 13 and selector John Perkins said Munro could be a quality replacement for Ryan.
"With 'JR' (Ryan) possibly being unavailable we were looking for some experience in the batting and as wicket-keeper and Munro can do that," he said.
"Plus he is a strong batsman and keeps a level head and the guys at the top of the order would feel good with him in the middle."
Youngster Asher Robins keeps his place and Richie Singh's strong form since joining CYMS in the New Year sees him maintain his spot.
Both will have big jobs to do, along with the rest of Dubbo's batting lineup, against a Parkes attack which rolled Cowra for just 72 in the Lachlan Council final last weekend with the likes of Mitch Bower, Ryan Medley and James O'Brien all crucial to Dubbo's chances.
Cox will again lead to bowling attack with the likes of Wade Potter, Ben Patterson, returning from a week away with the NSW Combined High Schools 2nd XI, and Ben Taylor all having big jobs to do against Parkes' stellar batting lineup, which will be missing Pat Rosser, Scott Knights and Hayden Sealey but still features the likes of Anthony Heraghty, Pete Yelland and captain Cameron Rosser.
The match begins at 10am at Woodward Oval at Parkes.
