Spectators at the Church Street rotunda at 4pm will get to see an array of national costumes, a Chinese lion, belly dancers, Circus West and more.
The car park of the Civic Administration Building, on the corner of Church and Darling streets, will host activities and entertainment from 4.30pm to 6pm, including African drumming, hip hop and rock and roll dancing.
From 6pm to 11pm the festival's dinner and concert will be staged in the Dubbo Regional Theatre and Convention Centre, next to the Civic Administration Building.
