DUBBO'S Anita Knight said she was absolutely thrilled to learn she had won an iPhone 5 in a recent Daily Liberal competition.

"I couldn't believe it when I was called with the news yesterday," she said.
The competition required participants to download the new Daily Liberal iPhone app and participate in the set photography project.
Mrs Knight said she entered three photographs she had taken on her four-year-old iPhone 3.
She also admitted to being addicted to her phone and could not wait to get her new one activated.
"I'm so excited to have an iPhone 5 now," she said.
Cleary no stranger to smartphone technology, Mrs Knight said she used her current iPhone for emails, photos and reading the Daily Liberal through the new app. "My husband Graham will now inherit my old iPhone," she said.
