Luke Ensor set the scene for the club by claiming the three gold medals on offer in the time trial, scratch race and sprint derby events in the under-13s boy's division.
On his way to gold in the individual time trial, Ensor also set a new state record with a blistering lap of 32.68 seconds, finishing almost three seconds ahead of his nearest competitor.
Ensor's teammate Kurt Eather was also dominant in this division by claiming silver in the scratch race and a bronze in the sprint derby events.
Kurt was narrowly pipped at the line for silver by Illawarra's Kirk Cleavan in the sprint derby and was also only 0.2s from medaling in the time trial.
The under-11s was a hotly contested category this year.
Dylan Eather claimed silver in the time trial with a personal best (PB) and dominated the scratch race to win gold.
Dylan backed up on Sunday to claim a bronze in the sprint derby, with only a tactical error entering the sprint in the last 200m inhibiting his hunt for gold.
Lachlan Clarke was impressive throughout the weekend, and was unfortunate to have a mechanical problem on Sunday that required great skill to avoid a heavy fall.
Brodie Wheeler also showed some great determination and an attitude that will surely see him feature in the spoils in coming years.
The under-11s girls provided very close racing in all events with some exceptional talent on display.
Haylee Fuller was as consistent as ever, earning herself a bronze in a hard-fought scratch race, and narrowly missing out on a medal in the time trial by 0.2s.
Zara Fuller looked the goods all weekend in her first year in the under-11s and is continually improving, also displaying the determination synonymous with the current group of young Dubbo riders.
Zac Fuller and Sam Fewtrell did the club proud in the under-9 boys' division.
Zac is a team favourite and Sam, in his first state event, showed that he should be up for the contest in coming years with a strong weekend.
Both boys drew huge cheers from supporters throughout their events.
Dubbo had four fantastic representatives in the under-9 girls.
Twins Imogen and Makayla Fuller, Emily Fewtrell and Tamryn Wheeler were also contesting their first state championships and all gained invaluable experience.
All these girls have progressed with their bike skills throughout the year which holds them in good stead for the 2014 track season.
Luke Ensor was also a very proud recipient of the NSW Cycling Jackson Pascoe Memorial Trophy for the outstanding junior rider of the championships for 2013.
This is a much-coveted award graciously presented annually to the cyclist of the championships by the Pascoe family in remembrance of their late son Jackson, and in support of junior cycling.
