Lorraine Ann Lloyd, 57, died in hospital on Saturday, more than two weeks after the Whylandra Street incident.
The funeral of the wife, mother and grandmother will be held at Holy Trinity Anglican Church in Brisbane Street at 10am.
Meanwhile Orana Local Area Command has worked on a report for the Coroner.
The collision occurred at 9.40am on November 8, Inspector Andrew Hurst said.
The female pedestrian was at the intersection of Whylandra and Mansour streets when she and a 1992 Toyota Landcruiser collided, he said.
Emergency services attended and at the time the woman was suffering head injuries and fractures, Inspector Hurst said.
She was taken to Dubbo Base Hospital and airlifted to Sydney's Royal North Shore Hospital that day.
Police breath-tested the driver of the Landcruiser, who returned a negative result, Inspector Hurst said.
The woman died on Saturday in hospital as a result of injuries sustained in the collision, he said.
