Three Dubbo born-and-bred men, Cameron Humphries, Michael Lane and Peter Hyde will continue the business ownership and management.
The three men have been involved in the security industry for 16, 19 and 16 years respectively, Mr Humphries said.
"The business will still be here and owned locally," he said.
He said changes were planned but, at this stage, were only minor.
"There will be changes to the structure and how we roll it [the business] out.
"We'll be having discussion with our customers in the coming months," Mr Humphries said.
"At present I'm doing budgets but we're not predicting major changes.
"It's business as usual," he said.
Mr Marks will be easing his way out of the business, leaving completely in 2014.
