Team registrations need to be finalised and handed to Dubbo Netball Association by this date.

Teams will then in turn be notified of the grading in the Daily Liberal during the following week.

As well, there will be a review night on March 15 from 6.30pm until 7.15pm. Teams are asked to attend and a non attendance will result in there being no changes to the grading.

Registration forms are available from Sportspower, (formerly Brian Barnes Sportscene) in Macquarie Street. For teams looking forward to starting the season, the first week of competition begins May 1.

Registration and membership fees have been set for the 2010 season which includes insurance, registration and affiliation with Dubbo Netball and Netball NSW.

Meanwhile, Dubbo association needs capable people to fill the positions of vice-president and canteen supervisor, jobs which were not filled at the association’s annual meeting.

Dubbo netball has some training courses available in the coming months.

For interested umpires looking to improve their skills and level of umpiring, there is a National C course on February 13 to 14 and a National B course on March 13 to 14.

For all those interested in improving their coaching skills, there is a foundations coaching course being held on May 1 and for those wishing to continue on from this, a development coaching course is on May 2.
